An example of a workshop menu:

 

 

Day One.

Continental Breakfast:
  Cereals, muesli, fruit, yoghurt, fresh baked bread, a range of teas, plunger coffee, etc.

 

Lunch:
  Homemade chunky vegetable soup (secret ingredient a bacon hock) with hot bread rolls.
  Fresh fruit.

 

Dinner:
  Starters

  • Cheese, crackers and dips.

  Main

  • Chicken and chickpea Tiki marsala on a bed of rice flavoured with cumin seed.

  Dessert:

  • Rhubarb and raisin crumble with cream.

 

 

Day Two.

Continental Breakfast:
  Cereals, muesli, fruit, yoghurt, fresh baked bread, a range of teas, plunger coffee, etc.

 

Lunch:
  Omelette with

  • Mushrooms
  • Onion
  • Sun dried tomatoes
  • Ham
  • Cheese

  Fresh bread and fruit.

  • Cheese, crackers and dips.

  Main

  • Pasta Carbonara with bacon, mushrooms, tomatoes and cream.

  Dessert

  • Hot chocolate pudding with French vanilla ice cream
